Na última sexta-feira (14/04), o Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos do Amazonas, aprovou em assembleia o calendário 2023 da empresa Elgin Industrial da Amazônia. A proposta aprovada prevê a compensação dos 31º dias dos meses de janeiro, março, maio, julho, agosto, outubro e dezembro deste ano.

A diretoria do Sindimetal-AM iniciou há alguns anos o processo de negociação com as empresas para reconhecer que esses dias não possuem compensação salarial para o trabalhador e, portanto, devem ser compensados de alguma forma.

O calendário aprovado concede folgas ao trabalhador e segue para homologação prevendo a compensação de 4 dias em 2023.

Entenda melhor

Dos 6 dias 31 existentes no ano, 2 são abatidos em fevereiro, que possui 28 dias, ou apenas 1 quando o mês termina no dia 29.

Para compensar os dias restantes a empresa deve conceder folgas. Caso seja comprovado a necessidade de trabalho neste dia, a empresa deve remunerar o funcionário com o valor do trabalhado com o acréscimo de 110%, conforme a Convenção Coletiva Vigente.
